The Power of Simple Exercise
A man in his 40’s was preparing for surgery to correct the difference in length between his legs (about half an inch difference). This difference was causing postural problems and back pain. They planned to shorten the longer leg by shaving bone off the ball joint in the hip! I taught him a series of exercises and in the first session his shorter leg gained around 1/4 of an inch, as his spine lengthened and his pelvis relaxed. The exercises merely aligned and relaxed his spine and muscles. It appears that they chose not to operate.
